Grand Master Woo Jong Pill is the grand master of Hong Kong Taekwondo Center, Korea Taekwondo Cheung Do Kwan. He is the only Korean grand master teaching this traditional Korean martial art in Hong Kong. Grand Master Woo is a professional Taekwondo instructor with internationally recognized qualifications. He is a Taekwondo major graduate from the Yongin University which produces some of the best Taekwondo professionals in Korea and in the world. He holds a World Taekwondo Federation - 8th Dan black belt and is a qualified WTF Taekwondo instructor.
Grand Master Woo came to Hong Kong in 1988 and since then he has been teaching Taekwondo here. He has extensive teaching experience and has been invited by various organizations to give Taekwondo lessons. He was an insturctor of the Hong Kong Taekwondo Team from 1993 to 1995 and 1998 and a member of Kukkiwon International Advisory Committee from 2008 to 2009. Now, he is a director of Korea Yongin University (Hong Kong Region).
